Butterfly/vlinder

I promised......although it's again way past bedtime :)
But this is the first card I made last night. I got the inspiration from a wonderful blog of Michelle Zindorf
She makes beautiful cards in a way I will never achieve, but I'll keep on dreaming :)
Every card she makes she has a tutorial with pictures to guide you step by step on the how's and when's.
She made a sort of card like this one, but I haven't got the stuff she has, so I made it with my own supplies - how little they are.
I think it turned out wonderful. For the full tutorial I've to send you to Michelle's blog. She's way better in explaining this stuff :)
I used a butterfly stamp from Artemio, colour pencils from the kids, clear embossingpowder with the versamark pen. The background I stamped with one of the foamstamps of MM (ornaments) with versamark and a blue inkpad.

Ik had het beloofd....ondanks dat het al ver na mijn bedtijd is.
Dit is de eerste kaart die ik gisteravond gemaakt heb. Ik heb de inspiratie gehaald van de blog van Michelle Zindorf. Zij maakt zulke mooie kaarten op een manier dat ik nooit zal evenaren, maar ik kan altijd blijven dromen :)
Alle kaarten die ze publiceerd worden begeleid met een stap voor stap beschrijving. Ondanks dat ik niet de materialen heb waar zij de beschikking over heeft en ik het met mijn bescheiden materialen moest doen vind ik toch dat het een mooie kaart geworden is. Voor de volledige beschrijving wil ik je toch doorverwijzen naar Michelle's blog. Zij is er veel beter in dan ik om dit alles te beschrijven.
Stempel vlinder Artemio, viltstiften van de kids, clear embossingpoeder, versamark marker. De achtergrond is gestempeld met een foamstamp van MM (ornaments) met versamark en een blauw inktpad.

3 new ones/3 nieuwe kaarten

Oh boy did I got on a roll this evening. I made 3 nice cards !!!
Or should I say this early morning :)
I tried to scan the images but they weren't at my satisfaction so you have to wait for the pictures to show. I make photo's of them when it turns light outside :)

Zo zeg, ik had de smaak te pakken deze avond. Ik heb 3 mooie kaarten gemaakt!!!
Of moet ik zeggen... vroeg in de ochtend :)
Ik heb geprobeerd de kaarten te scannen, maar ik vond de scans niet naar tevredenheid dus jullie moeten nog even wachten tot het licht wordt vandaag :)
Dan maak ik foto's.

nog eentje/another one

Base is a square blue card, with a white matt and Basic Grey paper. The sentiment and the stamp are both from Penny Black (the clear stamps) With white ink I put a swirl underneath the sentiment. I coloured it in with pencils and gamsoil.

Deze kaart heeft als basis een blauwe vierkante kaart. Daarop een mat van wit cardstock en Basic Grey designpapier. Beide stempels zijn van de clearstamps serie van Penny Black ingekleurd met potlood, doezelaar en reukloze terpentine. Onder de tekst is met witte stempelinkt een swirl gestempeld.

Nieuw kaartje/New card

Last week I bought myself two lovely Sarah Kay clear stamps. With one of the stamps I've made this card. Inspired from a sketch from Tiets in the book cardsonly 2
The base is a square brown card, with a matt of green. I used the Cuttlebug embossing folder. The striped paper is from a package I bought in one of our local stores. I used ribbon from joy and eyelets to put the ribbon into. The stamped sentiment is of a clearsheet from Kars

vorige week heb ik mezelf getrakteerd op twee leuke Sarah Kay clearstempels. Dit is er eentje van en daarmee heb ik deze kaart gemaakt. Hij is gebaseerd op een van de sketches van Tiets uit het 2e boek van Scrapcards only
De basis is een vierkante bruine kaart met een mat van groen. Het achtergrond papier is uit een pak papier dat ik ooit bij de Kruidvat heb gekocht. Ik heb een van de embossingmallen van de cuttlebug gebruikt. In de twee groene labels zitten 2 eyelets waardoor ik een organzalintje heb geknoopt (Joy) Het gestempelde "Proficiat" is van de clearstempels "verjaardag" van Kars.
